Peter has recently completed ( July 2011 ) a course called New Construction Inspector. The program focuses on performing inspections of new homes either at or after the Pre-Delivery Inspection phase. Emphasis is placed on understanding the process and working with home builders, the Tarion Warranty Program, municipalities and most importantly - homeowners, to provide value in a consistent and professional manner.
In March 2010 Peter achieved the highest ranking in the Home Inspection Industry and is now a RHI - Registered Home Inspector.
In December 2008 Peter Weeks become a National Certificate Holder (NCH). This certification is earned by Home Inspectors following years of schooling, vigorous educational requirements followed by a TIPR exam. ( Test inspection with peer review. ) To date, Peter is one of an elite group of less than 350 inspectors to have earned this certification across all of Canada.
